Healthy Habit Notes is a personal lifestyle journaling and habit note utility. It is intended to help users check off healthy choices, record mood and energy reflections, write notes, review progress, and manage their own local journal data.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information on external servers when you download and use it.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted by network infrastructure to facilitate connectivity. This data is not retained or used by MINIMAKS for tracking.

• No user account is required.
• No personal profile is created by MINIMAKS.
• No personal habit journal data is sent to MINIMAKS servers.
• No personal data is sold to third parties.

Local app data and user-controlled records

Healthy Habit Notes may allow users to create habit cards, custom routines, icons, color codes, categories, goal text, mood and energy logs, reflections, prompts, lifestyle tags, progress grids, streaks, achievements, reminders, exports, and settings.

These records are intended to remain locally on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise. MINIMAKS does not operate an external database for collecting or storing this app content.

Location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Third-party access and data sharing

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal app data is shared with third parties by MINIMAKS.

MINIMAKS does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Data Retention

MINIMAKS does not retain personal information from normal use of Healthy Habit Notes because the Application does not collect or store personal data on MINIMAKS servers.

Habit records, mood and energy logs, reflection notes, progress grids, achievements, reminders, settings, and exported files remain under the user’s control on the user’s own device or wherever the user chooses to save exported data.

If you contact MINIMAKS directly by email or another voluntary channel, we may retain that communication only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, manage support, comply with legal obligations, or protect legitimate interests.

Data Deletion

Because Healthy Habit Notes stores user-created app content locally, users can delete local app data by using available in-app clear data tools, deleting exported files from their chosen storage location, or uninstalling the Application from their device.

If you voluntarily contacted MINIMAKS and want us to delete information you provided through that communication, contact us at support@minimaks.ink. We will process deletion requests as required by applicable law.

Opt-out rights

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device. Users may also clear local app data through available app or device controls.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. MINIMAKS does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by MINIMAKS from use of the Application alone.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure through MINIMAKS systems is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure.

Users should protect their own device, exported files, local backups, and any copies of personal journal data they choose to create.
